Hotel Policy

1. SEX TOURISM and CHILDREN SAFETY
The 1920 hotel and its entire staff would like to make clear to our guests that the hotel takes an active stand against prostitution and trafficking. As a hotel, we find ourselves having the moral obligation to ensure that our business is not open to the exploitation of children and adults for sexual purposes and forced labor. Under no condition will guests be allowed into our premises with the company of prostitutes or children.

2. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
Cancellations are free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellations made between the 7th and the 4th day before the arrival date, one night charge as a cancellation fee applies (example - Date of arrival: 14th of May 2018 - one night charge applies when a cancellation is made between the 7th and the 10th of May 2018)
Cancellations 3 days prior to the arrival date, no show or change of premises due disconformity with our facilities, 100% charge.

3. CHECK- IN/CHECK- OUT
Check-in procedure will officially begin after 14:00. However, we will make every effort possible to accommodate any guests arriving prior to 14:00. Check-out shall conclude before 12:00 am on the day of departure.

Late check- out is possible on request with a surplus charge of 50% of our current room rate if the room is left before 18:00 hours. After 18:00, the full room rate will be applied.

4. VISITORS
For security reasons, visitors will not be allowed into our guest rooms after 10PM.At the sole discretion of the manager on duty, the hotel may charge an extra fee of US$35.00 per day and per extra guest staying in the room.

*In order to avoid misunderstandings, when we say visitors we mean relatives, friends and close acquaintances, and not prostitutes nor unrelated children.

5. NON- SMOKING
Please be informed that all rooms are non-smoking and that there will be a monetary penalty of $25 if you are found breaking our non-smoking policy.

6. PET: Pets are not allowed on the premises.

7. SAFETY BOX
Safety deposit boxes are provided in each room. We encourage the use of this amenity in order to avoid any problems regarding personal belongings.

8. PROPERTY CHARGE
No amenities and facilities provided by the hotel shall be allowed outside the rooms at any time. In case of damage or loss of any items found in the room, the full price of each of them will be charged to your account.

9. TOUR ARRANGEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Front Desk gladly offers tour arrangements and tourist information. Please inform us of any cancellation of any tours booked through our Front Desk one day in advance to ensure full recovery of your payment.
