About 60 km outside of Siem Reap lies the mysterious 12th Century Beng Melea Temple which is heavily overrun by trees, vines and moss. This jungle surrounding makes you feel like Indiana Jones. In the afternoon you will visit the largest floating village on the Tonle Sap. You will have a boat ride though the village and have the chance to meeting the locals.

You will be picked up from your accommodation and enjoy the early ‘fresh’ morning sun driving through rice fields and picturesque villages. The roads we take are dirt paths where hardly any cars can come and the main means of transportation are ox-carts or motorcycles.

As the roads are not paved the holes in the road gives you a real ‘Camel trophy’ feeling. Later in the morning we will visit the ruins of the Banteay Srey temple complex and Kbal Spean which are located on the slopes of the Kulen Mountains. After approximately 40 minutes walking up hill we can enjoy the beautiful scenic view from the top. Here we will have our picnic lunch box next to the river thousands lingers. After lunch we will return back to the foot of the mountain and drive to Banteay Samre and later that afternoon we will bring you back to your accommodation.
