Sirivan Chak Dumas, left Cambodia in 1982, at the age of 12. After studying at the fashion design school Atelier Chardon-Savard in Paris, she acquired professional experience in fashion and home objects at the firm Facteur Céleste, and trained in shoe-making techniques with master shoemaker Maurice Arnoult. She later opened her own workshop, which she operated for three years, until she decided to invest in Cambodia and return to pass on her expertise and share her trade.
For the last 6 years she has been creating strong and creative collections in a familiar Cambodian environment, getting inspiration within Cambodian shapes, traditional patterns, colors, material and know-how. Introducing a subtle balance between inspiration source and creative interpretation her design are modern and simple.
The collections are distributed in Belmond La Residence d'Angkor, Galerie Cambodge shop in Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor, Angkor National Museum Shop. Sirivan is also designing for local and international brands.
Sirivan designs and makes her product in her own workshop in Siem Reap.
Sirivan new shop in Kandal Village present a new collection of women and men clothes, fashion accessories, and homeware design in personal and intimate universe. All designs are made in the studio and workshop upstairs, custom made and larger scale order are possible.
